The Breathe app on Apple Watch is a great feature that reminds you to take a break and breathe deeply for a moment. The app is designed to help you lower your stress levels and improve your overall well-being. However, if you find the Breathe app annoying or distracting, then you may want to turn it off. In this article, we will show you how to turn off Breathe on Apple Watch in a few simple steps.

Step 1: Open the Watch App on your iPhone

The first step is to open the Watch app on your iPhone. This app is where you can manage and customize the settings of your Apple Watch.

Step 2: Select the My Watch Tab

Once the Watch app is open, select the “My Watch” tab located at the bottom of your screen.

Step 3: Tap on Breathe

Next, scroll down the My Watch tab until you find the “Breathe” app.

Step 4: Toggle off the Show App on Apple Watch Option

After you have found the Breathe app, toggle off the “Show App on Apple Watch” option. This will turn off the Breathe app on your Apple Watch.

Step 5: Turn off Breathe Reminders

If you still get reminders to breathe even after turning off the Breathe app, you can turn off the reminders as well. To turn off the Breathe reminders, go to the “Breathe Reminders” option and toggle it off.

Congratulations! You have successfully turned off the Breathe app and reminders on your Apple Watch.

In conclusion, the Breathe app is a useful feature that helps manage stress levels and boost overall well-being. However, if you find the app distracting or annoying, turning it off is a simple process. All you need to do is follow the above steps to turn off the Breathe app and reminders on your Apple Watch.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
