Sending messages to a group in Mail on your iPhone or iPad is an efficient way to communicate with a large number of people quickly. Whether you want to update your colleagues about a project, plan an event with friends, or communicate with your family, creating and sending a group message in Mail is a simple process.

Here are the steps to send messages to a group in Mail on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Tap on the Compose icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to create a new message.

3. In the recipient field, enter the first name, last name, or email address of a member of the group. As you begin typing, a list of contacts will appear on the screen.

4. Tap on the contact you want to add to the group, and their name or email address will be added to the recipient field.

5. Repeat step 3 and step 4 to add all contacts to the group.

6. Once you have added all the contacts to the group message, compose your message.

7. Tap on the Send button to send the message to the group.

Keep in mind that the steps above will create a new message with all your contacts in the recipient field. This means that each member of the group will see the email addresses of all the other members.

If you want to create a group in your contacts app to send messages to, follow these steps:

1. Open the Contacts app on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Tap on the plus button in the top right-hand corner of the screen to create a new contact.

3. Enter a name for the group, such as “Family,” “Colleagues,” or “Friends.”

4. Scroll down to the “Add to…” section and tap on “New Group.”

5. Select the group you just created from the list of groups.

6. Tap on “Done” to save the group.

Now that you have created a group in your Contacts app, you can easily send messages to the entire group in Mail by following the steps above. When you create a new message, simply enter the name of the group in the recipient field, and all the members of the group will receive the message.

In conclusion, sending messages to a group in Mail on your iPhone or iPad is simple and efficient. By following the steps above, you can quickly create and send messages to multiple contacts at once, whether you want to communicate with colleagues, friends, or family. With this knowledge, you can make the most of your iPhone or iPad and stay connected with the people who matter most to you.
