Introduction:

The love for Millie’s Cookies spans across generations. Their soft, chewy, delightfully sweet creations have been stealing hearts, one cookie at a time. For fans of these scrumptious treats, the excitement of making a giant Millie’s Cookie Cake at home is irresistible. With this easy-to-follow recipe, you can create your very own giant cookie cake that will impress your friends and family with its delicious taste and professional appearance.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

– 2 large eggs

– 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

– 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips

– Optional: 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a pizza pan or large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar using an electric mixer. Mix until light and fluffy.

3. Add the eggs and pure vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.

4. Add in the baking soda and salt, combining well before gradually adding in the all-purpose flour. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing as it can make the cookie tough.

5. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips (if using) into the batter using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.

6. Spread the cookie dough evenly onto the parchment-lined pan or baking sheet. Aim for a roughly circular shape with edges slightly thicker than the center.

7. Bake your giant cookie cake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.

8. Remove from the oven and let it cool on the pan for around 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

9. For an extra touch, you can frost your cooled cookie cake with buttercream or cream cheese frosting and decorate it with colorful sprinkles, additional chocolate chips, or even personalized messages!

Conclusion:

This giant Millie’s Cookie Cake recipe is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser at any party or gathering. Not only will you enjoy its rich and chewy texture, but you’ll also be delighted by its remarkable resemblance to the Millie’s Cookies we all know and love. Don’t hesitate to get creative with your decorations and watch as everyone marvels at your homemade masterpiece!
