Google Calendar is a wildly popular online calendar tool that lets you create and manage your events, appointments, and to-dos in one place. It can help you stay organized and on time, especially if you have a lot of commitments to juggle. But what if you want to share your Google Calendar with others, such as colleagues, family members, or friends? Fortunately, it’s easy to do so. Here’s how:

Step 1: Open Google Calendar

Firstly, go to your Google Calendar app on your computer or mobile device.

Step 2: Choose a Calendar

Select the calendar that you want to share from the menu on the left-hand side. You may have several calendars already set up, such as a personal one and a work one.

Step 3: Click on the three dots

Once you’ve selected the calendar, click on the three dots next to it, and choose “Settings and sharing.”

Step 4: Share the Calendar

You’ll now see a screen where you can invite people to share your calendar. Enter their email addresses into the “Share with specific people” field, and choose their permission level from the dropdown menu. For example, you might want to give someone permission to only view your calendar, or you might want to give them permission to make changes to it as well.

Step 5: Add a message (if required)

You can also add a message to the invitation, to explain why you’re sharing the calendar or give further instructions. Then click “Send” to send the invitation.

Step 6: Manage shared calendars

You can manage your shared calendars by clicking on the “Settings and sharing” button again, and then selecting the “Shared with me” tab. This will show you a list of all the calendars that have been shared with you, as well as the level of access you have to each one.

In conclusion, sharing your Google Calendar with others is a straightforward process, and it can save everyone involved a lot of time and hassle. Whether you’re sharing your schedule with your coworkers or your spouse, Google Calendar makes it easy to stay on the same page and avoid confusion. So give it a try today!
