Google Chrome is one of the most popular web browsers in the world. It’s known for its speed, security, and simplicity. However, if you’re like most people, you’re probably not thrilled with the default homepage and new tab page that comes with Chrome. Fortunately, changing your homepage and new tab page in Chrome is easy. In this article, I’ll show you how to do it in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Open Google Chrome

The first step is to open Chrome. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser window, and then click on Settings.

Step 2: Select Appearance

Once you’re in the Settings menu, scroll down to the Appearance section. Here you’ll see a few different options, including Themes, Display, and Customize fonts. It’s the Customize fonts option where you’ll find the settings to change your homepage and new tab page.

Step 3: Change Your Homepage

Click on the Customize fonts option. Here, you’ll see a few different options, including the ability to change your homepage. To do this, click on the “Homepage” option, and you’ll be taken to a screen where you can enter the URL of your new homepage.

Step 4: Change Your New Tab Page

To change your new tab page, go back to the Customize fonts option, and click on the “New Tab Page” option. Here you’ll have a few different options. You can choose to have a blank page, or you can choose to have your most visited sites or a custom URL.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

Once you’ve made your changes, click on the “Save” button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Your new homepage and new tab page should now be set.

Conclusion

Changing your homepage and new tab page in Chrome is a quick and easy process that can make a big difference in your browsing experience. Whether you want to set your favorite website as your homepage, or have quick access to your most visited sites on your new tab page, Chrome makes it easy to customize your browsing experience to fit your needs. So next time you open Chrome, take a few moments to make these small changes – you won’t regret it!
