Quick Share is a new feature on Samsung Galaxy phones that enables easy sharing of files, photos, and videos with other Samsung devices. It is an intuitive feature that makes it simple for users to transfer files between Samsung smartphones and tablets without requiring a third-party app. In this article, we’ll explain how to use Quick Share on your Samsung Galaxy phone.

Step 1: Activate Quick Share

If you don’t have Quick Share activated on your Samsung Galaxy phone, you should enable it before proceeding. You can do this by pulling down the notification shade and clicking on the Quick Share icon. Click on the “Get started” button, then follow the prompts to enable Quick Share. Once it’s enabled, Quick Share will appear in your phone’s sharing options.

Step 2: Select the File You Want to Share

Quick Share can be used to transfer files, photos, and videos. Simply open the file and click the share icon. When the sharing options appear, click on the Quick Share icon.

Step 3: Choose the Destination Device

Quick Share will search for nearby Samsung devices that are compatible with the feature. Select your desired device from the list of available options.

Step 4: Wait for the Transfer to Complete

Quick Share uses Wi-Fi Direct to transfer files between devices. Depending on the size of the file, the transfer process may take a few seconds or several minutes. Once the transfer is complete, a notification will appear on both devices.

Step 5: Verify the Transfer

Double-check to ensure that the file was transferred successfully to the other device. You should be able to find the file in the appropriate app on the destination device.

Conclusion

Quick Share is a simple and effective way to share files between Samsung devices. Once you’ve enabled the feature, the process is straightforward and effortless. With Quick Share, you won’t need to use cables, email, or third-party apps to send files between Samsung devices. It’s fast, reliable, and hassle-free. So, if you haven’t tried Quick Share yet, give it a go and enjoy the convenience of easy file sharing.
