Squad streaming is an excellent feature on Twitch that allows you to livestream with other content creators. If you’re a Twitch user, you’ll be able to squad stream with up to three people at the same time. This feature makes it possible to stream together, grow together, and share audiences. In this article, we’ll go through how to squad stream with others on Twitch.

Preparation

To squad stream with others on Twitch, you should first prepare by inviting channels you want to stream with. Twitch requires you to have two or more channels to initiate a squad stream. You can start by searching for channels that you’d like to squad stream with. Once you find channels that are interested, reach out to them and start organizing a date and time to stream together.

Creating a Squad Stream

When the date and time for squad streaming are set, create a squad stream by following these steps:

1. Navigate to your Twitch dashboard.

2. Click on the “Create a Squad Stream” button located in the “Quick Actions” menu or “Stream Manager.”

3. Add the channels you want to squad stream with by typing their usernames.

4. When the channels have accepted your invite, click “Create Squad Stream.”

Now you’re ready to squad stream!

Going Live

After creating a squad stream, it’s time to go live. In order to go live in a squad stream, everyone must be streaming at the same time. You can go live on your channel. Your squad members will see an option to join the squad stream once they are live. All you need to do is click “Start Squad Stream” once all channels are ready, and viewers will be redirected to your squad stream page.

Note: Keep in mind that viewers will see chat and audio from all channels in the squad stream.

Squad Stream

Once you’re done with streaming, end the squad stream by following these steps:

1. Click on the “End Squad Stream” button on the top of the page.

OR

2. When some channels finish streaming, you can either continue streaming with other channels or end the stream.

Ending the stream will end the squad stream for everyone in the squad.

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, squad streaming is a great way to collaborate with other content creators on Twitch. It’s an excellent opportunity to grow your audience, meet new streamers, and gain exposure to new communities. With the above guide, you’re now ready to start squad streaming with others on Twitch. Have fun and happy streaming!
