If you own an iPhone with a larger screen, such as the iPhone X or newer models, you might find it challenging to reach the top of the screen while holding your phone with one hand. Thankfully, Apple’s Reachability feature can help you use your iPhone with ease and comfort. This feature lowers your iPhone screen so you can reach the top of your phone’s display without stretching your fingers. In this article, we’ll walk you through how to lower your iPhone screen with Reachability.

Step 1: Enable Reachability

Before you can start using Reachability, you’ll need to enable it on your iPhone. Here’s how to do it:

1) Go to “Settings” on your iPhone.

2) Tap “Accessibility.”

3) Scroll down and tap “Touch.”

4) Tap to enable “Reachability.”

Step 2: Use Reachability

Once you’ve enabled Reachability, you can use it whenever you need to lower your iPhone screen. Here’s how to use Reachability on your iPhone:

1) Open an app or go to the Home screen on your iPhone.

2) Swipe down on the Home bar at the bottom of your screen, or swipe down from the middle of your screen.

Your iPhone screen should now lower, making it easier for you to tap the icons at the top of the screen. To exit Reachability, you can either tap anywhere on the screen outside of the app or swipe up on the Home bar at the bottom of your screen.

Conclusion

Using your iPhone with one hand can be challenging, especially if you own a larger model. However, with Reachability, you can easily lower your iPhone screen and make it more accessible. Enabling and using Reachability is straightforward, so give it a try and see how it can improve your iPhone experience.
