As technology rapidly evolves, it becomes easier for individuals to monitor their online lives. With Google’s My Activity feature, users can view all their online activities across all their devices. Google’s purpose behind creating this feature is to help individuals understand what information Google collects and to provide transparency when it comes to data privacy issues.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to access Google’s My Activity feature on Android devices:

1. Open the Google app on your Android device.

2. Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left side of the app.

3. Scroll down until you see the “My Activity” feature.

4. Click on the “My Activity” feature to open it.

5. Here, you can view your Google search history, websites visited, Google Maps activity, and other online activities.

6. To view specific activities, click on the filter icon at the top right corner of the app screen.

7. In the filter option, you can filter results by date, source, and activity type.

8. You can also use the search bar to search for specific keywords or activities.

9. To delete any activity, click on the three dots next to the specific activity, and select “Delete.”

10. To clear your entire My Activity history, click on the three dots on the top right corner of the screen, select “Delete activity by,” and choose the date range.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
