Introduction:

No Peek Chicken is a delicious and simple meal that requires minimal preparation and delivers mouth-watering results. With its rich, creamy sauce and tender, juicy chicken, this dish is a crowd-pleaser that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions. In this article, we will share our favorite No Peek Chicken recipe so you can impress your family and friends with a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

– 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 packet of onion soup mix

– 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

– 1 can of cream of chicken soup

– 2 cups uncooked long-grain rice

– 3 cups water

– 1 cup white wine (optional)

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. While waiting for the oven to heat, grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, combine the uncooked rice, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and water. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined. If desired, add white wine for added depth of flavor.

3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Season them with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Pour the rice mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure to cover them completely.

5. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. This step is crucial as it keeps the steam trapped inside to help cook the rice perfectly.

6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 90 minutes without opening or peeking at the dish (hence the name “No Peek Chicken”).

7. After 90 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven and carefully lift the aluminum foil to reveal your beautifully cooked No Peek Chicken. The rice should be tender, and the chicken should be cooked through and juicy.

8. Let the dish sit for 5 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.

9. To serve, plate a portion of the creamy rice alongside a piece of chicken, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Conclusion:

No Peek Chicken is a flavorful, all-in-one meal that requires minimal effort and is perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions. By following this easy recipe, you will be able to create a delicious dish that is sure to become a favorite in your household. Enjoy this delectable No Peek Chicken recipe and delight in its irresistible flavor and aroma!
