Social media has revolutionized the way we connect and engage with people. Twitter, in particular, is a platform used by millions of people worldwide to share their thoughts, opinions, and experiences. Apart from being a social platform, Twitter is also a treasure trove of visual content, including images.
But, it can be challenging to find the right images among millions of tweets without the proper search tools. Thankfully, there are some sites that make it easier to search for images shared on Twitter. Here are some of the best sites to search for images shared on Twitter.

Twitshot

Twitshot is an excellent website that helps you find images associated with tweets. To use this site, enter the URL of the tweet into Twitshot’s search bar. The site will then scan the tweet and show you all the images attached to the tweet. Additionally, Twitshot allows you to download images directly from its website.

Terralycos

Terralycos is a popular search engine designed to find pictures shared on social media platforms, including Twitter. To use the site, enter a keyword into the search bar, and Terralycos will crawl Twitter looking for tweets that match the keyword. The site then displays all related tweets with images, allowing you to select the picture you want to download.

Snapbird

Snapbird is a powerful Twitter search engine that helps you find tweets based on keywords, usernames, and hashtags. The site also allows you to search for tweets containing specific images. Snapbird introduces advanced search options to help you narrow your search to specific accounts or see tweets that contain links to images.

TinEye

TinEye is a reverse image search engine that can help you find the original source of an image shared on Twitter. Simply upload the image or paste the image’s URL into the search bar on TinEye’s website, and the site will generate a list of websites where the image has been used. TinEye can be helpful when looking for royalty-free images or to check if a picture has been stolen.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
