Setting up your Fitbit Aria is a quick and easy process. The Aria is a smart scale that measures your weight, body fat percentage, and BMI (Body Mass Index). In this article, we will guide you on how to set up your Fitbit Aria and start tracking your fitness journey.

Step 1: Download and Install the Fitbit App

The Fitbit Aria uses Bluetooth to connect to the Fitbit app. If you haven’t already downloaded the app, go to your app store and search for “Fitbit.” Once you find the app, download and install it on your smartphone or tablet.

Step 2: Create a Fitbit Account

To use the Fitbit app, you will need to create a Fitbit account. If you haven’t already done this, follow these steps to sign up:

1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on “Join Fitbit.”
2. Enter your personal information, including your name, email address, and password.
3. Follow the steps to complete the account setup.

Step 3: Add Your Fitbit Aria to Your Account

Now that you have a Fitbit account, it’s time to add your Aria smart scale. This is how you do it:

1. Make sure your Aria is set up and turned on.
2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the “Account” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Click on “Set up a Device.”
4. Follow the prompts to add your Aria to your account.

Step 4: Connect Your Fitbit Aria to Wi-Fi

To start using your Aria, you need to connect it to Wi-Fi.

1. The first time you step on the Aria scale, it will prompt you to connect to Wi-Fi.
2. Follow the prompts to connect your Aria to your Wi-Fi network.
3. Once your Aria is connected to Wi-Fi, it will automatically sync your weight data to your Fitbit account.

Step 5: Start Tracking Your Weight

Now that your Aria is set up and connected to your Fitbit account, you can start tracking your weight, body fat percentage, and BMI. To do this, simply step on the Aria scale, and it will automatically send your data to the Fitbit app.

Setting up your Fitbit Aria is quick and easy. All you need to do is download the Fitbit app, create an account, add your Aria to your account, connect your Aria to Wi-Fi, and start tracking your weight. With your Aria and the Fitbit app, you can keep track of your weight loss progress and achieve your fitness goals.
