Amazon Photos is a versatile and easy-to-use photo storage and management service offered by Amazon. It allows users to store, share, and print their photos and videos, making it a popular choice among photography enthusiasts, families, and businesses alike. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to get started and make the most of Amazon Photos.

Setting Up Amazon Photos

To use Amazon Photos, you need an Amazon account. If you already have one, you can sign in using your Amazon account credentials. If you don’t have one, you can create an account for free by visiting Amazon.com and clicking the “Create an Account” button.

Accessing Amazon Photos

Once you’re logged into your Amazon account, navigate to Amazon Photos either by searching for “Amazon Photos” in the search bar or by clicking the “Photos” icon in the top right corner of your Amazon homepage.

Uploading Photos to Amazon Photos

Uploading your photos to Amazon Photos is easy. You can either upload them individually or upload entire folders.

To upload a single photo, click on the “Upload” button and select the photo from your computer. To upload a folder, click on the “Upload” button, select the folder you want to upload, and drag and drop it into the Amazon Photos window.

Organizing Your Photos in Amazon Photos

After you’ve uploaded your photos, you can view them in various ways, including by date uploaded, by album, by location, or by searching for specific photos. You can also organize them into albums and subfolders by clicking on the “Create Album” button.

Sharing Your Photos

Amazon Photos lets you share your photos and videos with others either with a public link or by inviting them to join a shared album. To share a photo or video, select it and click the “Share” button. You can then choose whether to generate a public link or invite people to join a shared album.

Printing Your Photos

One of the great features of Amazon Photos is that you can print your photos and have them delivered to your doorstep. To do this, select the photo you want to print and click the “Prints” button. You can then select the size and quantity of prints, and choose to have them delivered to your address.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
