Do Not Disturb Mode is a very useful feature that is available on all iOS devices. It allows you to turn off all notifications so that you can focus on what you’re doing without being disturbed. However, sometimes you may want to receive notifications from certain apps or contacts while in Do Not Disturb Mode. In this article, we will discuss how to stop people from notifying you while in Do Not Disturb Mode.

1. Turn on Do Not Disturb Mode

The first step is to turn on Do Not Disturb Mode on your iOS device. To enable this feature, simply swipe up from the bottom of your screen and tap the moon icon. This will turn on Do Not Disturb Mode and you will see a crescent moon icon in the status bar.

2. Customize Do Not Disturb

Once you have turned on Do Not Disturb Mode, you can customize how and when you receive notifications. To customize this feature, go to Settings > Do Not Disturb. Here you will see several options that allow you to choose when and how you receive notifications.

3. Allow Calls From

One way to stop people from notifying you while in Do Not Disturb Mode is to allow calls from certain contacts. This feature allows you to receive calls from people that you have identified as important, such as family members or close friends. To set this up, go to Settings > Do Not Disturb > Allow Calls From. Here you can choose whether to allow calls from everyone, no one, or only certain contacts.

4. Hide Alerts

Another way to stop people from notifying you while in Do Not Disturb Mode is to hide alerts. This feature allows you to receive notifications without being disturbed by alert sounds or vibrations. To set this up, go to Settings > Do Not Disturb > Hide Alerts. Here you can choose whether to hide alerts for everyone, or only for certain contacts.

5. Do Not Disturb While Driving

If you want to stop people from notifying you while you’re driving, you can use the Do Not Disturb While Driving feature. This feature automatically turns on Do Not Disturb Mode when your iPhone senses that you’re driving. You can also customize this feature to allow calls from certain contacts or to send an automatic reply to incoming messages. To set this up, go to Settings > Do Not Disturb > Do Not Disturb While Driving.
