Android devices can be incredibly reliable, but there’s nothing more frustrating than running out of battery unexpectedly. The solution is to show battery percentage on your Android device. Knowing how much battery life your device has left will help you plan and conserve its use accordingly.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to showing battery percentage on your Android device:

Step 1: Access your settings

Go to the settings app on your Android device. This is usually found in your app drawer, but it can also be located on your home screen.

Step 2: Navigate to Battery Settings

Scroll down the settings menu until you see the section labeled “Battery”. Click on this section to enter the battery settings menu.

Step 3: Locate the Percentage Option

Once you are in the battery settings menu, locate the option for “Battery percentage”. This option may be listed as a checkbox, a toggle, or a numeric value depending on your Android version and the device model.

Step 4: Turn on Battery Percentage

If the option for “Battery percentage” is a checkbox or toggle, simply select it to turn it on. If the option is a numeric value, ensure that it is turned on by selecting it.

Step 5: Verify

After turning on the battery percentage option, exit the settings app. You should now see the remaining battery percentage on your device status bar.

By following these simple steps, you will be able to show battery percentage on your Android device. With this feature enabled, you’ll be able to monitor your battery life more accurately and take action to conserve its use when you need to. It’s also helpful for planning extended use of your device or being prepared for long trips. By taking these simple steps, you’ll be able to extend your device’s battery life, save yourself from frustrating battery drains, and get the most out of your Android device.
