Are you looking for a simple and convenient way to print to PDF from Chrome for Android? Look no further! In this article, we’ll go through the steps of printing to PDF, so you can save webpages or documents for offline viewing, easy sharing, or future reference.

Step 1: Open Chrome and navigate to the page you want to save as a PDF.

Before you can print to PDF, you must first open Chrome on your Android device and navigate to the webpage or document you want to save. This can be done by tapping on the Chrome icon on your home screen, or accessing it from your app drawer.

Once you have opened Chrome, type or paste the URL of the webpage you want to save. You can also use the search bar to search for a specific topic, or access your bookmarks and history to find the page you need.

Step 2: Access the Print menu.

To start the process of printing to PDF, you need to access the Print menu. This can be done by tapping on the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the screen or the three-line icon if the phone is in landscape mode, and then selecting “Print.”

Step 3: Choose “Save as PDF” as your printer.

When you access the Print menu, you will see a list of available printers. On this list, you should select “Save as PDF” to begin the process of saving your webpage or document as a PDF file.

Step 4: Preview your PDF.

Once you have selected “Save as PDF,” you will be asked to preview your file. If you are happy with the content of the PDF, click “Save” to proceed.

Step 5: Choose where to save your PDF.

After previewing the PDF, you will be asked where to save it. On newer Android versions, you can decide to save on Google Drive, locally on your Phone Drive, and pick any other location connected to your phone. When you have selected the desired location, click “Save” to complete the process.

And that’s it! You’ve successfully printed to PDF from Chrome for Android. You can now view and share the PDF file however you want, using any app that supports PDFs on your Android device. For further reading, learn how to Convert MS Word Document to PDF.

Note that you can also use the “Share” feature, which makes it easy to share your PDF via email, iMessage or social networking apps. Also, keep in mind that your saved PDF file will maintain the same layout, images, and text formatting as the original webpage or document, making it just as easy to read and understand on any device or platform.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
