Being feisty is all about embodying a confident, bold, and spirited attitude. It’s an exuberant way to express yourself and live life to the fullest. If you’re tired of feeling meek or passive, read on for 15 steps towards embracing your inner feistiness.

1. Embrace self-confidence: Work on building confidence in yourself and your abilities. Remind yourself of your achievements and strengths, and don’t be afraid to be proud of them.

2. Establish boundaries: Know what you’re comfortable with and don’t hesitate to express it. Learn to say ‘no’ without feeling guilty.

3. Cultivate a strong body language: Stand tall, make eye contact, and maintain a solid stance when communicating with others.

4. Develop a sense of humor: Be open to laughter – especially at yourself – and learn how to use wit as a powerful tool for navigating tricky situations.

5. Speak your mind: Don’t shy away from sharing your opinions or beliefs, even if they are unpopular or controversial.

6. Stay open-minded: Respect diverse viewpoints while remaining true to your own convictions.

7. Be adventurous: Take risks, try new things, and step out of your comfort zone regularly.

8. Maintain high energy levels: Keep up with physical activities like dancing or exercising to enhance your vitality and exuberance.

9. Dress boldly: Wear clothes that express your vibrant personality – bright colors or unique patterns will do the trick!

10. Assertiveness is key: When negotiating or dealing with difficult people, stand up for yourself in an assertive yet respectful manner.

11. Practice resilience: Bounce back from setbacks quickly without dwelling on them too much.

12. Encourage others: Support people around you in their pursuits and help them embrace their own feistiness.

13. Celebrate achievements: Celebrate both personal achievements and those of the people you care about.

14. Use quick thinking: Be nimble in your responses and stay sharp in mentally challenging situations.

15. Don’t take yourself too seriously: Make room for mistakes and learn from them, while never losing sight of your larger goals.

By following these 15 steps, you’ll gradually harness your feistiness – a valuable quality that will empower you and make life more enjoyable. Remember, being feisty is not about being hostile or aggressive; it’s about living with confidence, passion, and vitality!

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
