As streaming services continue to dominate the entertainment landscape, Amazon Prime Video has become increasingly popular. One of the best features of Amazon Prime Video is the ability to subscribe to additional channels. These channels offer extra content that isn’t available on the standard Prime Video platform. Here’s a guide on how to add channel subscriptions to Amazon Prime Video.

Step 1: Open Amazon Prime Video

The first step is to open Amazon Prime Video on your device. You can do this by navigating to the Amazon Prime Video website or app on your device.

Step 2: Navigate to Channels

Once you are logged in, you will see a section labeled “Channels” on the Amazon Prime Video homepage. Click on this to access the channels section.

Step 3: Browse the available channels

In the channels section, you will see a list of all the available channels that you can subscribe to. You can browse through the different options and see what content they offer. Some popular channels include HBO, Showtime, Starz, and Cinemax.

Step 4: Choose a channel to subscribe to

Once you have found a channel that you want to add to your Prime Video account, click on the channel to see more details about it. This will show you the current subscription price and an overview of the content that is available on that channel.

Step 5: Start your subscription

If you decide that you want to subscribe to a particular channel, click on the “Start your subscription” button on the channel page. This will begin the subscription process.

Step 6: Confirm your subscription

Next, you will be asked to confirm your subscription. Make sure that you read and agree to the terms and conditions before clicking “Confirm.”

Step 7: Enjoy your new content

Once you have subscribed to a new channel, you will be able to access their content on Amazon Prime Video. Simply navigate to the “Your Channels” section of the platform, and you will see all the channels you have subscribed to. You can now enjoy all the extra content that is available on your new channel.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
