Elden Ring, the highly anticipated action RPG from FromSoftware, features challenging and memorable boss encounters. In this guide, we will provide strategies on how to defeat four major bosses: Margit, Godrick, Radahn, and more.

1. Margit, the Fell Omen:

Margit is a relentless boss with swift melee attacks and powerful magic capabilities. To beat Margit:

– Stay in close range to keep pressure on him, as his ranged attacks can be hard to dodge.

– Watch out for his teleportation; he may reappear behind you for a surprise attack.

– Use a long weapon, like a halberd or spear, for reach advantage.

– Time your dodges carefully to avoid his spinning attacks.

2. Godrick the Grafted:

Godrick is a heavily armored opponent with devastating wide-range attacks. His affinity for fire can make him especially dangerous. To defeat Godrick:

– Keep your distance. His vertical slashes have limited reach but pack a punch.

– Use fast weapons with high attack speed to weave in and out of his slow-paced attacks.

– Memorize the timing of his AoE fire explosions; roll away at the right moment to avoid major damage.

3. Commander Radahn:

Radahn is a colossal boss wielding a massive hammer that deals enormous damage. His agility belies his size, making him a deadly opponent. To triumph against Radahn:

– Keep on the move; staying in one place for too long may draw Radahn’s devastating charge.

– Find openings to attack after dodging his sweeping hammer strikes.

– Take advantage of his staggered state after powerful moves to land some blows before retreating.

– Utilize ranged attacks whenever possible to chip away at his health from afar.

4. Additional Boss Tips

While we’ve addressed strategies for Margit, Godrick, and Radahn, Elden Ring also offers plenty of other challenging bosses that will put your skills to the test. For success, remember these general tips:

– Study your foe’s moveset and learn their patterns.

– Make good use of items such as projectiles for ranged damage and consumables to buff your defenses or regenerate health.

– Equip the best gear available, and optimize it to suit your playstyle.

– Use the Tarnished’s versatile abilities to your advantage: mounts for positioning, summons for support, and Spirits Ashes to empower your weapons.

Elden Ring’s sprawling world holds many formidable bosses ready to challenge players at every turn. By adapting strategies and learning from each encounter, you will be well on your way to conquering Elden Ring’s most fearsome foes.
