If you’re craving a delicious and decadent seafood dish with flavors that will transport you to the rolling hills of Tuscany, then look no further than this incredible Tuscan Butter Shrimp recipe. This easy-to-make and flavorful dish features succulent shrimp smothered in a rich and creamy butter sauce, complete with the freshness of tomatoes and a hint of garlic. You’ll never want to cook shrimp any other way again!

Ingredients:

– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

– 1/2 cup chicken broth or dry white wine

– 3/4 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 cups baby spinach leaves

– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

– Fresh basil or parsley leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until it becomes fragrant, about 1 minute. Be careful not to let the garlic burn.

2. Add the cleaned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes per side until they are cooked through and have an opaque pink color. Be sure not to overcook them, as overcooked shrimp can become rubbery in texture. Once cooked, remove them from the skillet, set aside on a plate, and cover with foil to keep them warm.

3. To the same skillet, add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for about 4 minutes until they start to soften and release their juices.

4. Pour in the chicken broth or dry white wine to deglaze the pan, making sure to scrape up any brown bits from the bottom. Allow the liquid to cook down for about 3 minutes.

5. Gradually add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring constantly to create a smooth and creamy sauce.

6. Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your taste preferences.

7. Add the baby spinach leaves to the sauce and cook until they have wilted, about 2 minutes.

8. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and give everything a good stir, coating the shrimp with that beautiful Tuscan butter sauce.

9. Serve immediately over your choice of pasta, rice, or crusty bread, garnishing with fresh basil or parsley leaves.

This delicious Tuscan Butter Shrimp dish will delight your taste buds with its rich and creamy flavors, while also adding a touch of elegance to any meal. Enjoy every mouthwatering bite as you imagine yourself dining in the picturesque hillsides of Tuscany!
