Introduction:

Get ready for a spooky and delicious treat with our Oreo Spider Web Cookies recipe! These cookies are perfect for Halloween parties or simply enjoying at home with the family. The combination of Oreo cookies, chocolate, and creative webs makes these cookies both fun to make and enjoyable to eat! Read below to discover how to make your own Oreo Spider Web Cookies.

Ingredients:

– 18 Oreo cookies

– 1 cup white chocolate chips

– 1 cup milk chocolate chips

– 1/4 cup vegetable oil (divided)

– Halloween-themed sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.

2. In two separate microwave-safe bowls, place the white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. Add half of the vegetable oil to each bowl (2 tablespoons per bowl).

3. Microwave each bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the chocolate has melted and is smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.

4. Carefully dip each Oreo cookie into the melted milk chocolate, ensuring that it’s fully coated. Use a fork to help you lift the cookie out of the chocolate and let any excess drip back into the bowl.

5. Place the coated cookies on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, add Halloween-themed sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.

6. Before moving on, allow the milk chocolate coating on the Oreos to set completely. This can be done by placing the baking sheet in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

7. Once set, use a piping bag or plastic sandwich bag with a tiny hole cut in one corner to pipe spider web designs onto each cookie using the melted white chocolate.

8. Begin by piping three lines that intersect in the center of the cookie. Then, create the web effect by piping small curved lines connecting each of the straight lines. You may also want to practice your design on parchment paper before starting on the cookies.

9. Allow the white chocolate spider webs to harden completely before serving or storing the cookies in an airtight container.

Conclusion:

Now you have the perfect Oreo Spider Web Cookies recipe to impress your friends and family this Halloween! These cookies are not only adorable but also taste amazing with their delicious chocolate combinations. Enjoy making and eating these spooky treats with your loved ones!
