There’s no denying the comforting and delicious combination of bananas, pudding, and cake. This scrumptious Banana Pudding Cake recipe is the perfect dessert for family gatherings or a simple treat after a hearty meal. It’s easy to make, and the result is an irresistible cake that will leave your guests asking for more. Let’s dive into the best banana pudding cake recipe and learn how to make it!

Ingredients:

– 1 box yellow cake mix

– 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

– 4 large ripe bananas, sliced

– 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk

– 2 cups cold milk

– 1 (8oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

– 20 vanilla wafers, crushed

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package directions, then pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.

3. Once cooled, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the surface of the cake, spacing them about an inch apart.

4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and cold milk. Slowly pour this mixture over the entire surface of the cake, ensuring that it seeps into all the holes.

5. In another medium bowl, prepare the instant vanilla pudding mix according to package directions using cold milk as required. Allow it to set for at least five minutes before proceeding.

6. Gently spread an even layer of pudding over the cake, covering the entire surface.

7. Arrange the sliced bananas on top of the pudding layer, ensuring that every piece of cake will have a piece of banana on it.

8. Finally, spread the thawed whipped topping over the banana layer. Sprinkle the crushed vanilla wafers on top as a garnish.

9. Refrigerate the cake for at least two hours or overnight to allow all the flavors to meld together and soak into the cake.

10. When you’re ready to serve, use a sharp knife to cut the Banana Pudding Cake into squares. Enjoy!

This Banana Pudding Cake recipe is perfect for anyone who loves banana pudding and cake. The moist, tender yellow cake combined with rich pudding, sweet bananas, and cool whipped topping creates an irresistible dessert that will be a hit with your family and friends every time you make it. Give it a try and enjoy this delicious treat!
