Introduction:

Get ready to impress your friends and family with a light, creamy, and flavorful Greek yogurt spinach-artichoke dip. This delightful appetizer is perfect for parties, game nights, or just a simple snack at home. It’s incredibly easy to make and filled with nutritious ingredients. Follow this ultimate recipe to create the perfect Greek yogurt spinach-artichoke dip that your taste buds will definitely thank you for.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

– 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

– 1/4 cup mayonnaise

– 1/4 cup sour cream

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– Salt to taste

– Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-blended.

3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly around the edges and golden brown on top.

5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

6. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired.

7. Serve the dip warm with pita chips, crackers, breadsticks, or slices of fresh vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, and cucumber.

Variations:

– For a cheesy twist, add 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella or fontina cheese to the mixture before baking.

– You can also add chopped sun-dried tomatoes or roasted red bell peppers for a slightly tangier flavor.

– Add a little heat to the dip by incorporating some diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.

Conclusion:

This Greek yogurt spinach-artichoke dip is a healthier alternative to traditional spinach-artichoke dips. It’s simple to make and full of rich and appetizing flavors that everyone will enjoy. Try serving it at your next gathering and watch it disappear in no time! Remember to personalize the recipe with your favorite additions and share your own spin on this delectable dish.
