Introduction:

Churro pull-apart muffins are an ingenious twist on the classic churro. These mouthwatering muffins scream deliciousness and are perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings. Combining the buttery, cinnamon-sugar flavors of traditional churros with the convenience of a muffin, churro pull-apart muffins are sure to become a family favorite. Here is an easy recipe to help you make these delightful treats at home.

Ingredients:

– 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For serving:

– Chocolate sauce

– Caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or butter.

2. Open the cans of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well to ensure even distribution of cinnamon throughout the sugar.

4. Dip each biscuit quarter into the melted butter, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, making sure they’re generously covered.

5. Place approximately five coated biscuit quarters into each muffin tin cup, stacking them on top of one another until all cups are filled.

6. In case there’s any leftover melted butter or cinnamon-sugar mix, drizzle it evenly over the top of each muffin cup.

7. Bake the churro pull-apart muffins in the preheated oven for about 18-22 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

8. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for at least 5 minutes before carefully removing them. You can use a butter knife to gently loosen the sides if needed.

9. Serve your churro pull-apart muffins warm with a side of chocolate sauce or a drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired. Enjoy this delightful fusion of churros and muffins with your family and friends!

In conclusion, churro pull-apart muffins are an exciting way to bring a little Spanish flair to your dessert spread. Try this easy and mouthwatering recipe to surprise and delight your loved ones with this scrumptious treat.
