Interactive training is an effective way to improve employee productivity and knowledge. It is also an efficient way to reduce employee training costs. Interactive training can be used to improve employee skills in areas such as customer service, problem solving, communication, and teamwork. Interactive training can also be used to improve employee performance in areas such as punctuality, attendance, and task completion.

In a survey of 1,000 employees, 93% of respondents said that they would prefer to receive training in a more interactive format. In addition, a study by the Convergys Corporation found that employees who participated in interactive training were more likely to say that the training was helpful (80%) than those who received traditional training (69%).

One of the key benefits of using interactive training is that it can be used to improve employee retention. According to a study by the American Management Association (AMA), employee retention rates are highest when training is delivered in an interactive format. The AMA study found that interactive training can increase employee knowledge by up to 50%.

Another benefit of using interactive training is that it can be used to improve employee productivity. In a study by the Sloan Management Review, researchers found that interactive training can increase employee productivity by up to 50%.

The cost savings that can be achieved through the use of interactive training are also worth mentioning. In a study by the American Management Association (AMA), interactive training can reduce employee training costs by up to 50%.

Overall, interactive training is an effective way to improve employee productivity and knowledge. It is also an efficient way to reduce employee training costs.
