Zac Efron’s charm and talent have won him fans all around the globe, and his filmography varies from teen musicals to gritty dramas. Based on Rotten Tomatoes scores, here’s a list of his 10 best movies:

1. Hairspray (2007) – Standing as Zac Efron’s top-rated movie, this energetic musical comedy, where he plays the swoon-worthy Link Larkin, has a score that will have you dancing in your seat. Its Rotten Tomatoes score is an impressive 91%.

2. The Disaster Artist (2017) – In this biographical comedy-drama, Efron has a small but memorable role. The film’s behind-the-scenes look at the making of “The Room” has garnered critical acclaim with a Rotten Tomatoes score of 91%.

3. 17 Again (2009) – A hit amongst his fans, Efron gets to showcase his comedic ability playing the younger version of a man who gets a chance to redo his life. This feel-good comedy has a Rotten Tomatoes score of 56%.

4. Me and Orson Welles (2008) – Efron steps into the indie scene with this period drama set in 1937, earning a respectable Rotten Tomatoes score of 86%.

5. The Paperboy (2012) – This sultry, Southern thriller shows a different side to Efron’s acting repertoire. With Nicole Kidman, it stands at 45% on Rotten Tomatoes.

6. Neighbors (2014) – This raucous comedy showcases Efron’s ability to lead in an adult comedy and still bring the laughs, sitting at 73% on Rotten Tomatoes.

7. Charlie St. Cloud (2010) – In this adaptation of Ben Sherwood’s novel, Zac plays a grieving brother holding on to the past and scores 27% on Rotten Tomatoes.

8. The Lucky One (2012) – A romantic drama based on Nicholas Sparks’ novel where Efron is a soldier finding love after war; it claims a Rotten Tomatoes score of 21%.

9. That Awkward Moment (2014) – This rom-com sees Efron navigating the dating world with his pals, holding onto a Rotten Tomatoes score of 22%.

10. High School Musical 3: Senior Year (2008) – The third installment in the beloved series which made him famous, while maybe not critically acclaimed with its score of 65%, remains close to many hearts for its nostalgia and catchy tunes.
