AirPods are one of the most popular wireless earbuds on the market. They provide excellent sound quality, convenient connectivity, and long battery life. However, like any electronic device, AirPods are not immune to glitches and malfunctions. One of the most common issues AirPods users face is glitchy sound or no sound at all. If you’re experiencing this problem, don’t worry. Here are some ways to fix AirPods with glitchy or no sound.

  1. Restart Your AirPods

The first step in fixing glitchy or no sound issues with your AirPods is to restart them. Here’s how to do it:

1. Put your AirPods in their charging case and close the lid.

2. Wait for at least 15 seconds.

3. Open the lid and check the battery status on your iPhone.

4. If the battery level is low, charge your AirPods for at least 30 minutes before using them.

  1. Clean Your AirPods

Dirt and dust can accumulate on your AirPods’ speakers and affect their sound quality. So, if you’re experiencing glitchy or no sound, it might be time to clean your AirPods. Here’s how to do it:

1. Wipe the outside of your AirPods with a soft, dry cloth.

2. Use a clean, soft-bristled brush to remove any debris from the speaker grilles.

3. Gently blow into the speaker grilles to remove any remaining debris.

  1. Check Your App Settings

Your AirPods’ sound quality may also be affected by your app settings. Here are some things to check:

1. Make sure that the app you’re using is compatible with AirPods.

2. Check your app’s sound settings to make sure that the volume is turned up.

3. Make sure that your AirPods are set as the default audio output device in your app settings.

  1. Reset Your AirPods

If all else fails, you may need to reset your AirPods. Here’s how to do it:

1. Put your AirPods in their charging case and close the lid.

2. Press and hold the button on the back of the case until the LED light on the front of the case blinks white.

3. Release the button and wait for the LED light to turn amber.

4. Pair your AirPods with your device again.
