Vankyo Leisure 3 Review

Spread the love

As someone who enjoys watching movies and TV shows in the comfort of their own home, I was excited to try the Vankyo Leisure 3 projector. Here is my review of the device.

Firstly, the setup process was simple and straightforward. The device comes with all the necessary cables and a remote control. I connected it to my laptop and set it up on a flat surface. It automatically adjusted the keystone to produce a clear image. The device also has a built-in speaker, but I connected it to an external speaker for a better sound experience.

The Vankyo Leisure 3 has a native resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. While it is not the highest resolution out there, the image quality was surprisingly good for the price range. The colors were vibrant and the contrast was decent. It could display up to 1080p resolution, but the image quality was not as good as when displaying at the native resolution.

The projector has a lamp life of 40,000 hours, which is impressive. It also has a fan that kicks in to cool the device down after a few hours of use. The fan noise was noticeable but not too distracting.

One issue I had with the projector was the focus adjustment. It was a bit difficult to get the image perfectly in focus. I ended up having to adjust it several times to get it just right.

Overall, the Vankyo Leisure 3 is a great budget projector for those who want to watch movies and TV shows at home. The image quality is good for its price range, and the setup process is simple. The fan can be a bit noisy, but it is not too distracting. If you are looking for a budget projector, the Vankyo Leisure 3 is definitely worth considering.
