If your iPhone battery is draining while charging, it can be a frustrating experience. However, there are several reasons this can occur, and in most cases, there are solutions you can implement to fix this problem. Here are the top seven ways to fix your iPhone battery draining while charging issue:

1. Restart your iPhone

Sometimes, a simple restart of your iPhone can help. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the “slide to power off” slider appears, then slide it to power off your device. Once it’s off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until the Apple logo appears.

2. Check your charging cable and adapter

Another common cause of battery draining while charging is due to a faulty charging cable or adapter. Make sure to use a genuine Apple power adapter and cable, and check that they are properly plugged in.

3. Close apps running in the background

Apps running in the background can drain your battery life. To close them, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe right or left to find the app you want to close. Then, swipe up on the app to close it.

4. Enable Low Power Mode

Enabling Low Power Mode can help reduce the power consumption of your iPhone. To do this, go to Settings > Battery and toggle on Low Power Mode.

5. Check for software updates

Software updates can come with battery optimization features that can help extend your iPhone’s battery life. To check for updates, go to Settings > General > Software Update.

6. Turn off unnecessary features

Turning off features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Location Services when not in use can help save battery life. To turn these off, go to Settings > Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Privacy > Location Services.

7. Restore your iPhone

If all else fails, restoring your iPhone to its original settings can help resolve any software-related issues that may be causing your battery to drain while charging. Make sure to backup your data before restoring your device.

In conclusion, battery draining while charging can be a common issue for iPhone users, but there are several effective solutions to fix it. By following these top seven ways, you can save battery life and ensure that your iPhone is always charged and ready to go.
