Microsoft Outlook is widely regarded as one of the most popular applications for managing your daily tasks, emails, and schedules. However, its calendar syncing capabilities can sometimes be limited, which is why many people prefer to use Google Calendar instead.

Fortunately, there are several tools available that you can use to sync Microsoft Outlook with Google Calendar. In this article, we will discuss some of the most popular options.

1. Google’s Outlook Calendar Sync

Google offers a free tool called “Google’s Outlook Calendar Sync” that lets you easily synchronize your Google Calendar with your Microsoft Outlook calendar. Once installed, the tool allows you to choose which calendars you want to sync, the direction of syncing (from Outlook to Google or vice versa), and the frequency of syncing.

This tool works with Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, and 2013. However, it’s worth noting that the tool is no longer being actively developed, so compatibility with future versions of Outlook may be an issue.

2. G Suite Sync for Microsoft Outlook

G Suite Sync for Microsoft Outlook is another tool that lets you sync your Outlook calendar with your Google Calendar. This tool is aimed at users who are working in a G Suite environment, such as a business or enterprise.
One of the key benefits of G Suite Sync is that it works in real-time, so any changes made to your calendar in either Outlook or Google Calendar will be immediately reflected in the other app.

3. Office 365 Calendar Sync

Office 365 Calendar Sync is a popular tool that allows you to sync your Microsoft Outlook calendar with your Google Calendar. This tool works with both the desktop version of Outlook and the web-based version of Office 365.

In addition to syncing your calendar, Office 365 Calendar Sync also supports syncing contacts and tasks between Outlook and Google. The tool is easy to set up and provides a number of configuration options for customizing your syncing preferences.

4. CompanionLink

CompanionLink is a professional-level tool that allows you to sync your Microsoft Outlook calendar with a variety of different calendar platforms, including Google Calendar. This tool works with both desktop and web-based versions of Outlook, as well as Outlook for Mac.

CompanionLink provides a number of advanced syncing options, such as the ability to choose which specific calendars you want to sync, how often you want to sync, and whether to sync in one direction or bidirectionally.

5. Sync2

Sync2 is another professional-level tool that lets you sync your Microsoft Outlook calendar with Google Calendar. This tool is designed to be easy to use, with a simple and intuitive interface that even novice users should be able to navigate.

In addition to calendar syncing, Sync2 also supports syncing contacts and tasks between Outlook and Google. The tool provides several advanced configuration options, like the ability to filter which events get synced and the ability to sync only certain categories of events.
