Engaging in regular physical activity can have multiple benefits for your health and well-being, including an improvement in sexual performance and satisfaction. Here are some of the best exercises to enhance your sex life:

1. Kegel exercises: Kegels strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the uterus, bladder, small intestine, and rectum. For better sex, strong pelvic floor muscles can contribute to more intense orgasms and help control ejaculation.

2. Squats: Squats are not only great for building strength in the legs and glutes but also promote blood flow to the pelvic region. Increased blood flow can lead to heightened arousal and a stronger erection.

3. Yoga: Various yoga poses increase flexibility, muscle control, and reduce stress. Poses like the Pigeon Pose can open up the hips, leading to improved flexibility for sex positions, while others like the Bridge Pose strengthen the pelvic floor.

4. Planks: Core strength is crucial for stamina and endurance during sex. Planks help to build this core stability which can translate into more enjoyable sex by allowing for varied positions without fatigue.

5. Push-ups: Besides strengthening the upper body for better endurance during sex, push-ups also increase testosterone levels in men which can boost libido.

6. Aerobic exercises: Activities such as running, swimming or cycling improve cardiovascular health and endurance, important factors in sexual stamina and overall energy levels.

7. Hip thrusts: This exercise targets the glutes and hip flexors, which play a significant role in thrusting motions during sex.

8. Deadlifts: By working out a wide range of muscles including your back, glutes, legs, and core, deadlifts prepare you for more physically demanding sexual activities.

9. Bench presses: Upper body strength from bench presses can be very beneficial in supporting yourself or a partner in various sex positions.

10. Dance: Dancing is not only a fun way to exercise but also helps with rhythm, balance, and stamina—key elements for an enjoyable sexual experience.

Incorporating these exercises into your weekly routine can have profound effects on your sexual health. Always remember to start new exercise routines gradually to avoid injury, and consult with a healthcare provider if you have specific health concerns or conditions that may affect your ability to perform certain exercises safely.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
