As a parent, you always want to ensure that your child is on the right path to success. It is quite challenging to be a parent, especially for new parents. The good news is that with modern technology, you can get all the assistance that you need to raise your child the right way. In this article, we look at the seven best apps for positive parenting.

1) ChoreMonster: This app is designed to help parents motivate their kids to complete chores. It provides points for completed tasks, which enables children to redeem rewards. These rewards can be anything from a movie night to a day out with friends.

2) Cozi: Cozi is an all-in-one family organizer that helps parents keep track of their schedules. It provides a shared calendar where parents can add appointments, activities, and reminders that everyone in the family can see.

3) Kinedu: Kinedu is an app that offers activities to help parents promote their child’s development. It provides customized activities based on the child’s age, which parents can use to enhance their cognitive and social skills.

4) Circle: Circle is an app that helps parents monitor their children’s online activity. It provides a dashboard that allows parents to set time limits on apps, filter content, and monitor internet use.

5) Mindshift: Mindshift is an app that helps parents and children manage anxiety. It provides cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage negative emotions, reduce worry, and promote relaxation.

6) MyFitnessPal: MyFitnessPal is an app that helps parents promote healthy eating habits. It provides a database of food and nutrition information that parents can use to track their children’s meals and snacks.

7) Happy kids: Happy kids are an app that provides meditation exercises designed for children. It helps improve focus, calmness and promote positive mental health.

In conclusion, these apps aim to help parents promote a positive environment for their children by providing tools and resources to manage chores, schedules, online activities, eating habits, and mental health. With these apps, parents can become more involved in their children’s lives, which ultimately strengthens the parent-child bond.

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject.
