Rock Band 3 Song List for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii

Rock Band 3 is the third offering in the Rock Band series of music rhythm games that has been developed by Harmonix. Published by Electronic Arts, the game was initially released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii consoles in October 2010. With the release of Rock Band 3, Harmonix introduced a number of innovative features such as the Pro mode for instruments, Vocal Harmonies, and an extensive song library that saw over 2,000 songs being made available for download.

Let’s take a look at the song list for Rock Band 3, which includes some of the biggest hits of all time as well as classics from the past. The full song list contains 83 songs by default but can be expanded to a maximum of 3,807 songs with the addition of downloadable content (DLC).

Some of the popular tracks available in the game include “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen, “Imagine” by John Lennon, “No Woman No Cry” by Bob Marley, and “Smoke on the Water” by Deep Purple. Other notable inclusions are “Centerfold” by J. Geils Band, “Crazy Train” by Ozzy Osbourne, and “Llama” by Phish.

Rock Band 3 takes the player through music history as it includes tracks like “The Power of Love” by Huey Lewis and the News, “Space Oddity” by David Bowie, and “Roundabout” by Yes. The songs in the game range across many different genres, making it suitable for players of all tastes. Some of the top Hip Hop/Rap tracks include “Good Vibrations” by Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, “U Can’t Touch This” by MC Hammer, and “Bust a Move” by Young MC.

Rock Band 3 also features a variety of songs from different international cultures, including “Walk of Life” by Dire Straits, “Killing Loneliness” by HIM, and “Beethoven’s C***” by Serj Tankian. Moreover, the game’s extensive soundtrack includes popular new wave hits such as “Take On Me” by A-ha, “Don’t You Want Me” by The Human League, and “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do)” by Hall and Oates.

The game not only offers a vast and diverse song list to play, but it also features some engaging game modes to enjoy. Besides the main Career mode, Rock Band 3 enables players to engage in Pro modes for instruments, which adds another level of depth to the gameplay. Moreover, the game’s Party mode provides a unique and fun way to enjoy music with friends and family. It’s a great way to enjoy some friendly competition!
