Ever since its release in 2016, Pokemon Go has taken the world by storm. As players continue to try and catch them all, one of the most competitively sought-after creatures is Tapu Bulu. As a powerful grass and fairy type Pokemon, it is essential for players to understand the best counters, weaknesses, and movesets for this formidable foe.

Tapu Bulu is a Raid Boss that requires more than just an average strategy to bring it down. To help you succeed, here’s a complete guide on the best counters, weaknesses, and movesets for Tapu Bulu in Pokemon Go.

**Weaknesses**

Being a Grass and Fairy type Pokemon, Tapu Bulu has several key weaknesses that can be exploited by players. These include:

– Poison types: To deal with Tapu Bulu’s potent grass type moves and its Fairy typing, poison type attacks are highly effective against it.

– Flying types: Due to their immunity to ground-type moves and resistance to grass-type attacks, flying-type Pokemon can be advantageous against Tapu Bulu.

– Fire types: As a grass-type Pokemon, Tapu Bulu is vulnerable to fire-type attacks which can cause significant damage.

**Best Counters**

Based on Tapu Bulu’s weaknesses, several strong counters will effectively help you defeat it in raids:

1. Mega Beedrill: With its dual typing of bug and poison, Mega Beedrill can strongly counter Tapu Bulu’s grass and fairy abilities. Use moves like Poison Jab and Sludge Bomb for best results.

2. Yveltal: This Dark/Flying legendary Pokémon makes an excellent counter for Tapu Bulu thanks to its strong flying-type moves like Air Slash or Hurricane.

3. Volcarona: As a fire/bug type Pokemon, Volcarona can use its powerful fire-type moves to burn through Tapu Bulu’s health effectively. Fiery Dance and Bug Buzz are great choices to quickly dispatch your opponent.

4. Moltres: Boasting a strong fire-type presence, Moltres’ impressive capabilities like Fire Spin and Sky Attack make it a potent counter.

**Moveset**

Tapu Bulu has a dynamic set of moves that can make it quite challenging for trainers. The following is a list of its possible moves:

– Fast Attacks: Zen Headbutt (Psychic) or Horn Attack (Normal)

– Charge Attacks: Energy Ball (Grass), Leaf Blade (Grass), Dazzling Gleam (Fairy)

As you prepare for facing Tapu Bulu in Pokemon Go, ensure you have the optimal counter picks to take advantage of its weaknesses. By understanding the best counters, weaknesses, and movesets, you will greatly increase your chances of defeating Tapu Bulu in raids and adding this powerful ally to your team. Good luck, trainers!
