Jenna Ortega has quickly become one of Hollywood’s rising stars, known for her versatility and on-screen charisma. From her early roles in television to her breakout performances in film, Ortega has demonstrated an impressive range as an actress. Here are her best performances, ranked.

.Wednesday (2022) – In this Netflix series, Jenna Ortega takes on the lead role of Wednesday Addams in the Addams Family spinoff directed by Tim Burton. Her portrayal of the iconic goth teenager is both authentic and refreshing, bringing depth and wit to the character in a series that combines mystery and supernatural elements.

.You (2019) – As Ellie Alves in the second season of the hit psychological thriller series ‘You’, Ortega showcases her ability to hold her own opposite Penn Badgley’s character Joe Goldberg. As a savvy but vulnerable teen caught up in Joe’s web, her performance adds an emotional weight to the season.

.The Fallout (2021) – In this critically acclaimed film, Ortega portrays Vada Cavell, a high schooler dealing with the aftermath of a school tragedy. This demanding role shows off Jenna’s emotional range as she captures the confusion and trauma that follows such an event.

.Yes Day (2021) – In a lighter role, Jenna shines as Katie Torres in this family comedy film about parents who decide to say yes to their children’s wildest ideas for a day. Her comedic timing and relatable portrayal of teenage rebellion add heart and humor to the film.

.Stuck in the Middle (2016-2018) – In this Disney Channel series, Jenna plays Harley Diaz, the middle child in a bustling family of seven siblings. This role brought her initial fame and allowed her to develop comedic skills as well as experience leading a cast.

.Jane the Virgin (2014-2019) – Playing Young Jane on The CW’s romantic dramedy series “Jane The Virgin,” Jenna often steals scenes with humorous interpretations of Jane’s younger-self filled with foreshadowing insights into Jane’s future predicaments.

.Scream (2022) – Appearing as Tara Carpenter in the latest iteration of the classic horror franchise ‘Scream,’ Jenna delivers a solid performance that pays homage to Drew Barrymore’s iconic opening scene from the original movie while firmly establishing herself within the new generation cast.

.Iron Man 3 (2013) – Although it was a minor role, young Jenna made an appearance in Marvel’s ‘Iron Man 3’ as Vice President’s daughter. This early screen presence may have been brief but indicated her potential for future success.

Jenna Ortega’s trajectory looks promising as she continues to choose varied and challenging roles that showcase her abilities as a performer capable of resonating with diverse audiences across genres. Whether she is navigating through dark comedy, serious drama, or spirited family entertainment, her performances remain memorable and impactful.
