How to Unofficially Play Halo Infinite’s Split-Screen Co-Op

Halo Infinite is one of the most highly anticipated games of the year. With an expansive campaign, thrilling multiplayer, and stunning graphics, it’s no surprise that players are eagerly awaiting its release. However, one aspect of the game that has been in question is its split-screen co-op functionality. While it has been confirmed that the game will have split-screen co-op, it has also been revealed that it will only be available on Xbox Series X/S and PC.

This means that players on older consoles such as the Xbox One will not be able to enjoy this feature. But fear not, as there is a way to unofficially play Halo Infinite’s split-screen co-op on any console.

The first step in playing Halo Infinite split-screen co-op is to make sure that you have two controllers connected to your console. This is essential as split-screen co-op requires two players to play on the same screen. Once you have two controllers, you will need to log in to your main account and start the game. From here, you will need to invite a second player to join the game. This can be done by pressing the start button on the second controller and selecting the option to add a guest account.

Once the second player has joined the game, you can start playing split-screen co-op. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. Firstly, split-screen co-op can be quite demanding on your console’s hardware, so it’s important to make sure that your console meets the minimum requirements to run the game smoothly. This can usually be found on the game’s packaging or online store page.

Another thing to keep in mind is that split-screen co-op may not work as smoothly as it would on the Xbox Series X/S or PC. The graphics may not be as crisp, and there may be some lag or frame drops. However, this is a small price to pay for the ability to play split-screen co-op on any console.
