How to Unblock a Number on an iPhone
As an iPhone user, you may have come across a situation where you have accidentally blocked a phone number or a contact. This can be frustrating, especially if you need to communicate with that person. But don’t worry, you can easily unblock a number on your iPhone by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings
Firstly, you need to go to the “Settings” app on your iPhone. It is represented by a gear icon and can be found on your home screen.
Step 2: Select “Phone”
Within the “Settings” menu, scroll down until you see the “Phone” icon. Tap on it.
Step 3: Tap on “Blocked Contacts”
Under the “Phone” settings menu, locate and select “Blocked Contacts.” You will see a list of phone numbers and contacts that you have blocked on your iPhone.
Step 4: Unblock the number/contact
Find the phone number/contact that you want to unblock and swipe left on it. You will see an “Unblock” option, tap on it. The phone number/contact will be removed from the blocked list.
Alternatively, you can also click on the “Edit” button on the top right-hand corner of the screen, select the phone numbers/contacts you want to unblock, and click on “Unblock” at the bottom of the screen.
Note: If the number you want to unblock is not found under the “Blocked Contact” list, it means you have not blocked that number before.
