Amazon is one of the largest and most reliable online marketplaces, offering a wide range of products to millions of customers around the world. When you have placed an order on Amazon, it’s only natural for you to want to track its progress and know when to expect it at your doorstep. This article will walk you through 11 simple steps to help you track your Amazon orders effectively.

1. Create an Amazon account: If you haven’t already, sign up for an Amazon account to begin tracking your orders. It’s a simple process requiring only an email address and password for setup.

2. Log in to your account: Visit amazon.com and log in with your registered email address and password.

3. Access your orders page: Once logged in, locate the ‘Orders’ tab under the ‘Account & Lists’ section on the top-right corner of the website.

4. Viewing your orders: Clicking ‘Orders’ will take you to a page displaying all your past and current orders.

5. Locate the specific order: Browse through the list to find the specific order that you want to track or use the search bar provided for faster results.

6. Check the order status: Each order will have an assigned status, such as ‘Confirming,’ ‘Dispatched,’ or ‘Out for Delivery,’ which indicates its current position in the delivery process.

7. Click on order details: For more information about your order, click on the ‘Order Details’ or ‘View Order Details’ button that corresponds with the specific order you want to track.

8. Find your tracking number: Your order details page will typically contain a tracking number provided by Amazon itself or a third-party courier service, depending on who is delivering your package.

9. Visit the courier’s website (if applicable): If your package is being delivered by a third-party courier, visit their website and input your tracking number to view your package’s progress.

10. Stay updated with notifications (optional): For real-time updates, enable email or push notifications on your Amazon account and/or the courier’s website, so you’re notified of any changes in your order status.

11. Contact customer support (if necessary): If you have any concerns or notice an issue with your order, contact Amazon’s customer support for assistance or reach out to the courier service directly if using a third-party delivery partner.

By following these 11 steps, you can stay informed about your Amazon orders and ensure that you are aware of their status and expected delivery dates. Happy shopping!

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
