Netflix is a popular streaming platform that enables its users to watch their favorite movies, TV shows, and documentaries. Many individuals enjoy the convenience of accessing Netflix on their smart televisions, but once their viewing experience is complete, they may not know how to log out.

The process of logging out of Netflix on your smart TV is straightforward if you follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1: Locate the Netflix icon

To log out of Netflix on your smart TV, you must first locate the Netflix icon on your television. Generally, you can access this app by pressing the home button on the remote control or navigating to the apps section of the menu.

Step 2: Open the Netflix application

Select the Netflix icon to open the application. Once you have done so, you should see the Netflix home screen on the TV.

Step 3: Navigate to the account options

In order to sign out of Netflix, you will need to access the account options. This is generally located within the profile screen, and you can access it by highlighting the profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the page.

Step 4: Select the logout option

Once you are in the account options section, you should see a list of different settings. One of the options should say ‘log out.’ To sign out of Netflix, you will need to select this option.

Step 5: Confirm your decision

Netflix will ask you if you are sure you want to sign out before proceeding. Click on the ‘OK’ button to confirm the log out.
