How to See What You’ve Listened to on Spotify

Spotify is one of the most popular music streaming platforms in the world, and it has millions of users who listen to billions of songs every day. But as we continue to consume more and more music, it can be difficult to keep track of everything we listen to. Fortunately, Spotify has a feature that lets you see what you’ve listened to so you can easily revisit your favorite songs and artists.

Here’s how to see what you’ve listened to on Spotify:

Step 1: Open Spotify and go to your Library

When you open Spotify, you’ll see various tabs at the bottom of the screen. Tap on the “Library” tab to go to your collection of saved songs, albums, and playlists.

Step 2: Tap on “Recently Played”

Once you’re in your Library, you’ll see the “Recently Played” section at the top of the screen. Tap on it to see a list of the songs you’ve listened to recently.

Step 3: Scroll through your history

Scroll through your Recently Played history to see what you’ve listened to in the past few days. Spotify shows the most recent songs at the top, so you can quickly find what you’re looking for.

Step 4: Use filters to narrow down your search

If you’re looking for something more specific, you can use filters to narrow down your search. Tap on the filter icon (three vertical lines with circles next to them) to see options such as “Artists,” “Albums,” and “Podcasts.” Select one of these options to see your listening history for that category.

Step 5: Clear your history

If you want to start fresh or clear your history for privacy reasons, you can do so by tapping on the “Clear” button at the top of the Recently Played section. Keep in mind that this will delete your entire listening history.

In conclusion, you can easily see what you’ve listened to on Spotify by going to your Library and checking out your Recently Played section. You can also use filters to find specific songs or artists, and clear your listening history if you want to start fresh. With this feature, you’ll always be able to revisit the songs that have made an impact on you.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
