Instagram is one of the most popular social media platforms, and it is known for its unique features that keep the users engaged. One of its most popular features is the stories. Instagram stories are a great way to share quick updates, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and more. However, the problem with Instagram stories is that they disappear after 24 hours. But, don’t worry, there are ways to see old stories on Instagram. In this article, we’ll discuss how to see old stories on Instagram.

Method 1: Archive Feature

Instagram has an archive feature that automatically saves all your stories after they expire. This feature is handy, and you can use it to view your old stories. Here’s how you can access the archive feature:

1. Go to your profile.

2. Click on the three lines icon on the top right corner of your screen.

3. Select Archive from the options.

4. Once you’re in the Archive section, you can see all your old stories.

Method 2: Highlights

Instagram highlights are another way to see your old stories. Highlights are a collection of your best stories that appear on your profile. Here’s how to create a highlight:

1. Go to your profile.

2. Click on the plus icon that says New.

3. Select the stories that you want to add to your highlight.

4. Click on Next.

5. Add a title to your highlight.

6. Click on Add to Highlight.

Once you’ve created your highlight, it will appear on your profile page, and you can click on it to see your old stories.

Method 3: Third-Party Apps

There are several third-party apps available that allow you to see old stories on Instagram. Here are some of the popular apps:

1. StorySaver: This app allows you to download your old stories from Instagram.

2. StoryDownloader: This app also allows you to download your old stories, and it’s a great option if you want to save your stories to your device.

3. StoryShot: This app allows you to view your old stories in a slideshow format.

Conclusion

Instagram is known for its unique features, and one of its most popular features is stories. However, stories disappear after 24 hours, which can be a problem if you want to see your old stories.
