If you have recently made a purchase from SHEIN and found that an item does not meet your expectations or does not fit properly, you may want to return it. This online retailer has a clear and simple return process that allows customers to get a refund or exchange. Follow these 10 steps to successfully return your SHEIN order.

1. Check the return policy: Before initiating a return, make sure the items you wish to send back are eligible under SHEIN’s return policy. Generally, returns must be made within 60 days of receiving the order.

2. Sign in to your account: Go to the SHEIN website or open the mobile app, and log in to your account with your email address and password.

3. Locate your order: Navigate to the “My Orders” section and find the order containing the items you want to return.

4. Select the items for return: Click on the “Return Items” button or select “Request Return” if using the mobile app. Choose the specific items you wish to return.

5. Provide a reason for returning: For each item you are returning, specify a reason for doing so, such as “wrong size” or “not as described.” This information helps SHEIN improve their products and services.

6. Choose between a refund or exchange: Depending on your preference, select either a refund or an exchange for each returned item (if applicable).

7. Print out the return shipping label: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email containing a prepaid shipping label (in eligible regions). Print this off and attach it securely to your package.

8. Package your items: Make sure all returned items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags still intact. Pack them carefully into a suitable shipping box or bag.

9. Drop off at designated carrier: Take your package to the shipping carrier designated by SHEIN, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Be sure to keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

10. Wait for confirmation: Allow for processing time – this may take several business days. You will receive an email confirming your return and, if applicable, your refund or exchange.

By following these 10 steps, you should have a smooth and hassle-free experience when returning your SHEIN order. Always double-check their current return policy to ensure eligibility and be sure to provide accurate information throughout the process to avoid any delays or complications.
