Step 3: Arrange Participants

The person chosen as the “body” should lie down with their arms crossed over their chest. The other participants should sit or kneel around the “body,” placing their fingertips underneath the person’s body.

Step 4: Set the Atmosphere

Dim the lights and light candles around the room to create a sense of calm and focused energy. Have all participants take deep breaths to connect with each other’s energies.

Step 5: Begin Chanting

Choose one person as the main chanter, who will lead the group in chanting a simple phrase like, “Light as a feather, stiff as a board,” repeatedly.

Step 6: Tell a Story

As participants chant, whoever is leading this activity should tell a story about why the “body” has become weightless and can now easily be levitated by fingertips. This can be any imaginative story that explains how and why they have become lighter than air.

Step 7: Gradually Lift the “Body”

As chanting continues, participants should gently use their fingertips to lift the body from under their shoulders, small of back, knees, and ankles. Start subtly and slowly increase effort until everyone feels they have truly helped levitate their friend off the ground.

Step 8: Lower Back Down

After holding this levitation for a few seconds or taking photos, everyone should gently lower the “body” back down to the ground. Conclude the game by reconnecting and sharing experiences from this unique bonding activity.
