1.Download and Install:Brawlhalla is a free-to-play game available on multiple platforms including Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. Download and install the game on your preferred platform.

2.Create an account:After the installation, create an account or log in with an existing one to save your progress and customize your settings.

3.Select a legend:Choose from a roster of unique characters known as Legends, each with their own abilities. New players will have access to a set of free characters on a rotation basis, while others can be unlocked through in-game currency or actual purchases.

4.Learn the controls:Familiarize yourself with the controls for executing moves such as light attacks, heavy attacks, dodging, and throwing weapons.

5.Understand game modes:Players can choose between various game modes such as ranked 1v1, 2v2 matches, free-for-all, experimental modes, custom games, or brawl of the week.

6.Choose a map:Discover different maps where you will battle opponents. Each map has unique platform arrangements with gaps and ledges that can be exploited for strategic advantages.

7.Get comfortable with mechanics:Practice movement options like jumping, dodging, fast-falling, wall climbing, and using gravity canceling to perform attacks in mid-air.

8.Master your character’s moveset:Experiment with each Legend’s light attacks (directional), heavy attacks (also known as signatures), and combos to understand their strengths and weaknesses.

9.Grab weapons and items:Learn how to pick up weapons and items such as bombs, spike balls, mines that spawn during matches to enhance gameplay tactics.

10.Develop strategies and techniques:Mix up your offense and defense by learning advanced techniques like edge-guarding (preventing opponents from getting back onto the stage), spacing (fighting opponents at optimal ranges), and reading (predicting opponents’ moves).

11.Engage in the community:Join the Brawlhalla community on social media platforms, Reddit, and forums such as Discord to stay updated on game news, share experiences, and interact with fellow players.

Now that you have a comprehensive guide to playing Brawlhalla, go out there and enjoy your journey to becoming a legendary Brawlhalla warrior!

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
