The Milly Rock, originally created by the rapper 2milly, is an energetic dance move that has become a popular sensation in recent years. The dance consists of primarily swinging your arms and swaying your body to the beat of the music. If you’re looking to master the Milly Rock, follow these nine simple steps:

1. Find your rhythm: Before you begin, it’s essential to find a song with a strong beat that speaks to you. The Milly Rock is all about moving fluidly to the music.

2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart: Keep a firm and stable base, as this will make it easier for you to sway your body throughout the dance.

3. Bend your knees slightly: This not only adds style to your moves but also helps you maintain balance as you swing your arms.

4. Start moving side-to-side: As you listen to the music, sway your hips rhythmically from left to right in time with the beat.

5. Swing your arms: Now comes the most recognizable part of the Milly Rock — swinging your arms. Start by extending one arm out in front of you while keeping the other behind you.

6. Switch arms: As you sway from side-to-side, switch your arms so that the one in front moves behind you and vice versa.

7. Add style: You can put your own flair on the Milly Rock by incorporating various hand and finger movements. Some dancers choose to snap their fingers or form circles around their eyes while they swing their arms.

8. Stay loose and relaxed: The goal is to appear effortless as you move through each step, so try not to stiffen up or force any movements.

9. Practice makes perfect: Like any dance move, mastering the Milly Rock takes time and practice. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different styles and techniques until you find what feels most natural for you.

Remember that the key to a successful Milly Rock is confidence and enjoying yourself, so have fun and let loose!
