TikTok is a social media platform, primarily used to showcase short videos with background music. With its popularity growing exponentially, more and more users are finding new ways to showcase themselves on the platform and connect with their audience. One such way is by creating a playlist on TikTok. Here’s how you can create your own playlist on TikTok.

Step 1: Open the TikTok app on your device.

Log in to your TikTok account. You can either create new videos or start with a video that you have already created. Now go to the sound option on your video and click on ‘add to playlist’.

Step 2: Create a playlist from your profile

To create a playlist from your profile, click on the profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen and then click on the ‘three-dot’ icon on the top-right corner of the screen. Now select ‘My Audio’ from the menu option.

Step 3: Choose the audio option

Select the audio clip that you want to add to your playlist, and click on the ‘three-dot’ icon located in the top-right corner of the screen. From the menu option, select the ‘Add to Playlist’ option.

Step 4: Name your playlist

Once you click on ‘Add to Playlist’, the app will prompt you to create a new playlist or add the sound to an existing one. If you’re creating a new playlist, you’ll be prompted to enter a name for the playlist. Choose a name that suits the genre of the music you’re adding.

Step 5: Add more sounds to the playlist

To add more sounds to your new playlist, go to the audio section and select another audio clip. You can repeat Step 3 and add as many audio clips as you want to the new playlist.

Step 6: Edit the playlist

To edit the tracklist, click on the ‘three-dot’ icon located on the right side of the playlist and click on ‘Edit Playlist’ from the menu.

Step 7: Delete a clip from the playlist

To delete a clip from the playlist, click on the ‘three-dot’ icon located next to the audio clip and select ‘Delete from Playlist’ from the menu.

Creating playlists on TikTok will not only help you showcase your favorite music but also create a mood for your videos. Follow these simple steps to create your personalized playlist on TikTok and let others groove to the beats. Happy creating!
