Snapchat is widely used as a social media platform for communication and sharing stories. It has many unique features that differentiate it from other platforms, including the ability to create and chat in group chats. Group chats on Snapchat enable users to communicate and share updates with multiple friends at once. In this article, we will discuss how to make a group chat on Snapchat.

Step 1: Open Snapchat

The first step in creating a group chat on Snapchat is to launch the app. If you have not downloaded it yet, you can do so from your app store.

Step 2: Swipe Right to Access Chat Screen

After launching the app, you will be taken to the camera screen. To create a group chat, you need to access the chat screen. To do this, swipe right from the camera screen.

Step 3: Tap the New Chat Icon

At the top right corner of the chat screen, you will find a blue icon with a message bubble and a plus sign. This icon is the “New Chat” icon. Tap on it.

Step 4: Select Friends to Add to the Chat

The next step is to select the friends you would like to add to your group chat. You can select multiple friends by tapping on their names or usernames.

Step 5: Name Your Group Chat

Once you have selected your friends, you will be prompted to name your group chat. You can choose any name you like, but it’s best to choose a name that is relevant to the group or topic of discussion.

Step 6: Start Chatting

After naming your group chat, you can start chatting with your friends. You can send messages, pictures, videos, and even audio notes. All members of the group chat will receive your message, and they can respond to it. You can also add new members to the group chat, change its name, or leave the chat at any time.

In conclusion, creating a group chat on Snapchat is a simple process that can enhance your communication with multiple friends at once. All you need to do is open the app, access the chat screen, tap on the new chat icon, select your friends, name your group chat, and start chatting. With these steps, you can create a group chat on Snapchat with ease.
