Steam is one of the most popular platforms for gamers around the world to purchase and play video games. If you have a friend or family member who is an avid gamer, gifting them money on Steam can be a great way to show your appreciation.

Here’s how to gift money on Steam:

Step 1: Log in to your Steam account

Log in to your Steam account by visiting the Steam website and entering your login details.

Step 2: Go to the Steam gift card page

To gift money on Steam, you’ll need to buy a Steam gift card. The easiest way to do this is to go to the Steam gift card page.

Step 3: Choose the gift card amount

Choose the amount you want to gift your friend or family member. Steam offers gift cards in a variety of denominations, ranging from $5 to $100.

Step 4: Enter the recipient’s email address

Enter the email address of the person you want to send the gift to. You can also add a personal message to the gift.

Step 5: Choose a delivery method

You can choose to send the gift card directly to the recipient’s email address or send it to yourself so you can print it out and give it to them in person.

Step 6: Complete the purchase

Enter your payment information and complete the purchase. Steam accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and Bitcoin.

Step 7: Gift the money on Steam

Once you’ve purchased the gift card, you can gift the money on Steam. To do this, go to your Steam inventory, select the gift card, and choose “Send Gift” to send it to your friend or family member.

Gifting money on Steam is a quick and easy way to show your appreciation for the gamer in your life. Whether it’s for a special occasion or just because, a Steam gift card is a great way to ensure that your loved one can enjoy the latest and greatest video games on this popular gaming platform.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
