Instagram is a platform that continually evolves, adding new features and updates to enhance user experience. However, sometimes these changes can lead to glitches, like showing the same reels repeatedly. This can be frustrating for users who are looking to discover new content. If you’re encountering this issue, here are some steps you can take to fix it.

1. Refresh Your Feed: The simplest first step is to refresh your Instagram feed. You can do this by swiping down on your screen on the reels tab. This often reloads the content and might display new reels.

2. Clear Instagram’s Cache: Over time, the Instagram app accumulates cache which could potentially lead to issues. To clear it:

   – For Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Instagram > Storage > Clear Cache.

   – For iOS: There isn’t a direct way to clear cache, but re-installing the app will do the trick.

3. Update the App: Ensure you have the latest version of Instagram installed on your device. App developers frequently release updates that fix bugs and glitches.

4. Log Out and Log In Again: Logging out of your account and then logging back in can reset your session and may resolve the problem.

5. Change Your Account Interaction: The reels displayed are often based on your interaction with past content. Try liking, commenting, or following different types of reels and content creators.

6. Report a Problem: Within the Instagram app, go to Settings > Help > Report a Problem, where you can directly communicate with Instagram about the issue you’re facing.

7. Re-install the App: Sometimes, simply uninstalling and reinstalling Instagram will resolve any lingering issues by giving you a fresh start with the app.

By following these steps, you should be able to enjoy a more diverse and refreshing array of reels on Instagram once again.
