Emailing every contact in your Outlook address book can be a daunting task, especially if you have a large number of contacts. However, Outlook provides a feature that allows you to send a mass email to all your contacts at once, saving you time and effort. In this article, we will discuss how to email every contact in your Outlook address book.

Step 1: Create a new email

Open your Outlook account and click on “New Email” in the top left corner of your screen. This will open a blank email message.

Step 2: Click on “To”

Navigate to the “To” section of the email message and double click on it. This will open the address book.

Step 3: Select all contacts

Once in the address book, click the “Select All” button to highlight all your contacts. Alternatively, you can click on one contact and then press “Ctrl+A” on your keyboard to select all contacts.

Step 4: Add contacts to the email

Once all contacts are selected, click on the “To” or “Bcc” button to add all contacts to the email. “To” will add all contacts to the recipient’s list, and “Bcc” will add all contacts to the blind carbon copy field.

Step 5: Compose your email

After adding all the contacts to the email message, you can now compose your email. You can add a subject, message, and any other attachments you wish to include.

Step 6: Send the email

After composing your email, you can click on the “Send” button to send the email to all your contacts.

In conclusion, emailing every contact in your Outlook address book can be an effortless task with Outlook’s address book feature. By following these simple steps, you can easily send a mass email to all your contacts in one go. So, next time you need to send an email to all your contacts, use this feature to save time and effort.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
